Friends for Life Animal Rescue Spay/Neuter Program publicly give thanks to Six Rivers Brewery in McKinleyville for helping us raise funds on February 26, Spay Day U.S.A.

The owners of Six Rivers Brewery gave a generous 10 percent of the day’s sales to help fund FFL’s Spay/Neuter Program. This donation will help us continue providing spay and neuter services for dogs and cats of families who need financial assistance.

In 2007, the FFL Spay/Neuter Program scheduled 667 animals at local veterinarians for spaying and neutering. This prevented the births of thousands of animals, and is the most important first step in helping to end animal overpopulation and homelessness.
