CenterArts presents Parsons Dance on May 10 at 8 p.m. in the Van Duzer Theatre on the Humboldt State University campus.

“With boundless energy, charismatic stage presence and powerful, athletic grace, David Parsons creates thrilling choreography that is as accessible as it is thought provoking,” a news release stated.

This contemporary dance program features Parsons’ signature piece “Caught,” which combines “magical lighting effects and breathtaking dancing to create the illusion of a man effortlessly suspended in midair,” according to the release.

Tickets are $45 for general admission, $43 for seniors and children, and $25 for HSU students. Tickets are available at the University Ticket Office at HSU, The Works in Eureka and Arcata, and The Metro.
