Horizon announces new flight schedules

Starting April 6, Horizon Air is changing its two daily round-trip flights to Los Angeles from Eureka/Arcata and Redding, Calif., and in the process is increasing the airplane seats available between Los Angeles and the Northern California cities by 50 percent, a Horizon news release stated.

Possibility of Delta service still exists for Humboldt County

No news is good news in the quest to bring Delta Air Lines to the North Coast. “Quite frankly, until the revenue guarantee portion is known, we probably won’t see a service announcement,” Madelin Holtkamp said Monday. “We’re still kind of in a wait and see mode.”
