The unofficial election results released by the county early Wednesday morning showed clear winners in the 1st and 3rd districts’ supervisor races, but 2nd District candidates Estelle Fennell and Clif Clendenen are headed for a runoff.

Measure C passes to support McKinleyville Union School District maintenance

McKinleyville voters supported Measure C on Tuesday’s ballot by 56.97 percent, which will allow McKinleyville Union School District to sell $14 million in bond funds for school repairs and replacements in the district.
